Privacy
Ravi HQ is a private assistant used only by its owner. It is not offered to the public.
What it reads
When the owner connects a mailbox, HQ reads messages with read-only access (Gmail scope gmail.readonly, or IMAP). It never sends, deletes or changes mail.
Where data lives
Message text and connection tokens are stored on the owner's own server. Tokens and passwords are encrypted. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties; summaries are produced for the owner only.
Removing access
Use Disconnect on the Connections page, or remove "Ravi HQ" from your Google Account's third-party connections. Disconnecting deletes that mailbox's copied mail from HQ.
